At a special meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber in the City Hall at 5: 00 p.m. on January 26, 1977, Mayor Murphy presided
and upon call of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Brumley,
Grumley, Hornsby, Puryear and Mayor Murphy (5) .
Mayor Murphy offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Hornsby, that a
File waiver of notice for special signed waiver of notice of said meeting be received and filed. Adopted on call of the
meeting
Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Brumley, Grumley, Hornsby, Puryear and Mayor Murphy (5) .
Commissioner Brumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley,
that James C. Tidwell be employed as City Manager of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
Employ James C. Tidwell as
City Manager, effective 2/10/77 at an annual salary of $27,000.00, effective February 10, 1977. Adopted on call of the
Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Brumley, Grumley, Hornsby, Puryear and Mayor Murphy (5) .
Mayor Murphy offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Brumley, that the
meeting be adjourned. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Brumley,
Grumley, Hornsby, Puryear and Mayor Murphy (5) .
