AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR
THE RIVER HERITAGE MUSEUM PHASE II PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
an Amendment to Agreement between the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and the City
of Paducah for the River Heritage Museum Phase II Project.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to River Heritage
Museum project account CD -0055.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
