At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held at the Four Rivers Behavioral
Health, Room A, located at 425 Broadway at 8:30 a.m., Monday, June 5, 2006, Mayor
Paxton presided, and upon call of the roll by the City Clerk, the following answered to their
names: Commissioners Coleman, Guess, Sirk, Smith and Mayor Paxton (5).
MOTION
R & F NOTICES
Commissioner Sirk offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Guess, that the Notices of
Called Meeting for the Board of Commissioners for 8:30 a.m., Monday, June 5, 2006, be
received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Guess, Sirk, Smith and Mayor
Paxton (5).
WORKSHOP
This meeting was held for a Commission Budget Advance.
The City Manager along with department heads discussed the proposed Investment Fund
budget and other budget decision items.
The Commission decided to cancel the Commission Workshop on June 5, 2006, at 5:00 p.m.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
