Proceedings of Board of Commissioners City of Paducah March 24, 1981
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber
of City Hall on March 24, 1981 at 6:30 P.M., Mayor Penrod presided and upon call of the Roll,
the following answered to their names: Commissioners Coleman, Flynn, Viterisi and Mayor Pen-
rod (4) . Commissioner Ford was absent (1) .
Commissioner Flynn offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the
Executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting for 6:30 P.M., on March 24, 1981, be received
File notices of Called Meeting
and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Flynn, Viterisi and
Mayor Penrod (4) . Commissioner Ford was absent (1) .
Commissioner Viterisi offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Flynn, that the
Board go into Executive Session for the purpose of interviewing Personnel Director applicants.
Executive Session - Personnel Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Flynn, Viterisi and Mayor Penrod (4) .

i Upon conclusion of the Executive Session the Board reconvened in the Commission
Chamber whereupon the Mayor announced there was no further business.
