AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT WITH CITY WIDE RECYCLING FOR THE REMOVAL, REDUCTION AND
DISPOSAL OF FEMA ELIGIBLE DEBRIS RESULTING FROM THE 2009 ICE STORM
LOCATED ON THE CITY OF PADUCAH'S FLOODWALL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with
City Wide Recycling in the amount of $147,540.00 for the removal, reduction and disposal of
FEMA eligible debris resulting from the 2009 Ice Storm located on the City of Paducah's
floodwall.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to 2009 FEMA Reimb project
account FEMA01.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
