Mayor execute contract with Firefighters Workshop 325 At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber at 8: 00 A.M. on Tuesday, October 21, 1980, Mayor Penrod presided and upon ca I I of the Roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Coleman, Flynn, Viterisi and Mayor Penrod (4) . Commissioner Ford was absent (1) . Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Flynn, that the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 8: 00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 21, 1980, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Flynn, Viterisi and Mayor Penrod (4) . Commissioner Flynn offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the Board adopt a Municipal Order authroizing the Mayor to enter into an Agreement with the Department of Education, Division of Surplus Property, for eligibility to participate in the surplus property program. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Flynn, Viterisi and Mayor Penrod (4) . Commissioner Viterisi offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Flynn, that the Board of Commissioners adopt an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT TO NATIONAL SHERIFFS' ASSOCIATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $12,574.501 FOR COMPREHENSIVE LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT". This ordinance is summarized as follows: That the City pay the invoice of National Sheriffs' Association in the amount of $12,,574.50, for comprehensive liability insurance for the Paducah Police Department, for the fiscal year 1980-81. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Flynn, Viterisi and Mayor Penrod (4) . Mayor Penrod offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the Board of Commissioners adopt an ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND PROFESSIONAL FIREFIGHTERS OF PADUCAH, LOCAL 168, INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF FIREFIGHTERS". This ordinance is summarized as follows: The Mayor is authorized to execute the Collective Bargaining Agreement by the Professional Firefighters of Paducah, Local 168, International Association of Firefighters. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Flynn, Viterisi and Mayor Penrod (5) . Commissioner Ford arrived (8:15) and joined the Board for a workshop.
