Board of Commissioners Ci of Paducah March 7, 1980
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber at City Hall at 2: 00 P.M. on March 7, 1980, Mayor Penrod presided and
upon call of the Roll, the following answered to their names: Commissioners Coleman,
Flynn, Viterisi and Mayor Penrod (4) . Commissioner Ford was absent (1) .
Mayor Penrod offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the
executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 2: 00 P.M. on Friday,
March 7, 1980, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
Coleman, Flynn, Viterisi and Mayor Penrod (4) .
Mayor Penrod offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that
the Board of Commissioners go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing
AFSCME contract negotiations. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners
Coleman, Flynn, Viterisi and Mayor Penrod (4) .
Upon conclusion of the Executive Session, the Board reconvened in the
Commission Chamber whereupon the Mayor announced there was no further business.
On motion the meeting adjourned.
