At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held in Room A at the Four Rivers
Behavioral Health Seminar Center Room at 8:00 a.m., Monday, December 4, 2006,
Mayor Paxton presided, and upon call of the roll by the City Clerk, the following
answered to their names: Commissioners Coleman, Sirk, Smith and Mayor Paxton (4).
Commissioner Guess was absent (1). Commissioners -elect Kaler and Watkins were
present.
MOTION
R & F NOTICES
�Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Sirk, that the
Notices of Called Meeting for the Board of Commissioners for 8:00 a.m., Monday,
December 12, 2006, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Montgomery, Smith and
Mayor Paxton (4).
This meeting was held for a Commission Advance Session for the new commission. A
copy of the agenda is contained in the Minute file.
The oath of office was conducted by Judge Hines for the Commission that will take
office on January 1, 2007.
The meeting adjourned approximately at 4:30 p.m.
