Proceedings of Board of CommisCity of Paducah Auffust 21, 1979/
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chamber of the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 4: 30 P . M . , Mayor Murphy presided
and upon call of the Roll, the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Coleman, Grumley, Meeks, Puryear and Mayor Murphy (5) .
Mayor Murphy offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Puryear, that
the executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 4: 30 P. M. on
Tuesday , August 21, 1979, be received and filed. Adopted , on call of the Roll, Yeas,
Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Meeks, Puryear and Mayor Murphy (5) .
Mr. Tidwell introduced members of the Telephone Company who presented
a demonstration of the use of the new Essx-I telephone system .
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
