Proceedings of Board of Commissioners City of Paducah March 201, 1986
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chambers, City
Hall, at 6:00 p.m. on March 20, 1986, Mayor Viterisi presided and upon call of the roll, the following
answered to their names: Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5).
Commissioner Ford offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley, that the executed copies
of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m., Friday, March 20, 1986, be received and
filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor
Viterisi (5).
Commissioner Cole off ered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the Board of
Amend 32-5.5 Commissioners introduce an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 32-5.5 'SEWER CONNECTION
Sewer Connection Charges
CHARGES' OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY". This ordinance is summarized as
follows: exempts residences and businesses which are to pay a per-unit sewer connection fee from the
multi -lot provisions of the sewer connection charges. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas,
Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5).

The Board then conducted a workshop.
At the conclusion of the workshop, Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by
v Executive Session Commissioner Cole, that the Board of Commissioners go into Executive Session to discuss collective
bargaining. Adopted on. call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor
Viterisi (5).
At the conclusion of the Executive Session the Board reconvened in the Commission Chamber,
whereupon the Mayor announced there was no further business.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
