At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held on Friday, March 27, 2009, at
1:30 p.m., Mayor Paxton presided, and upon call of the roll by the City Clerk, the
following answered to their names: Commissioners Gault, Kaler, and Mayor Paxton (3).
Commissioner Abraham and Watkins were unable to attend (2).
MOTION
R & F CALLED MEETING NOTICE
Commissioner Kaler offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Gault, that the Notices
of Called Meeting for 1:30 p.m., Friday, March 27, 2009, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Gault, Kaler, and Mayor Paxton (3).
The Mayor and commissioners participated in a tour of the Julian Carroll Convention
Center. McCracken County Fiscal Court Commissioners Renfro, Beyer, and Freeman
also participated.
