Proceedings of Board of Commissioners City of Paducah October 22, 1985
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chambers,
City Hall, at 7:00 p.m. on October 22, 1985, Mayor Viterisi presided and upon call of the roll,
the following answered to their names: Commissioners Cole, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (3).
Commissioners Coleman and Ford were absent (2).
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Cole, that the executed
copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 22, 1985, be
received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Cole, Grumley and Mayor
�► Viterisi (3) .
AFSCME Grievance Don Bennett presented Step 4 of a grievance filed by AFSCME Local 1586 regarding sick
leave. After discussion of this matter the grievance was withdrawn and the Union requested that
the Commission consider an ordinance change to resolve the issue in contention.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
