Proceedings of Board of Commissioners City of Paducah Auuust 27, 1985
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chambers, City Hall,
at 7:00 p.m. on August 27, 1985, Mayor Viterisi presided and upon call of the roll, the following
answered to their names: Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5).
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Cole, that the executed copies
of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 27, 1985, be received and
filed. Adopted on.call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi
(5).
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Ford, that the Board of
Commissioners receive and f ile.the transcript of the hearing before the Paducah Planning Commission on
August 5, 1985, regarding rezoning request of Bill Skinner. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas,
Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5).
The Board then conducted a public hearing regarding the rezoning request of Bill Skinner.
Mike Garrison, Realtor, presented a Vehicular Volume Distribution Summary by the Kentucky Department of
Transportation conducted on February 9, 1984, at Highway U.S. 60 and Friedman Lane. This report was
received and filed.
At the conclusion of the hearing, Commissioner Cole offered motion, seconded by Commissioner
Coleman, that the Board of Commissioners table the rezoning request of Bill Skinner until the next
regularly scheduled Commission Meeting on September 10, 1985. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas,
Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5).
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
