Proceedings of Board of Commissioners City of Paducah May .30, 1985
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chambers, City Hall,
at 6:45 p.m. on May 30, 1985, Mayor Viterisi presided and upon call of the roll, the following answered
to their names: Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (4).
Commissiongr Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Cole, that the executed copies
of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 6:45 p.m., Thursday, May 30, 1985,, be receivedand filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (4).
Eugene Forrester presented a grievance on behalf of AFSCME Local 1586 regarding an oral
warning issued to certain members of Local 1586 concerning possible abuse of sick days.
After hearing the grievance and discussion thereof, Commissioner Grumley offered motion,
seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that'the'Board of Commissioners deny the grievance presented by AFSCME
Local 1586, by Eugene Forrester. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Cole, Coleman,
Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (4).
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
