V Executive Session
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chambers, City Hall,
at 6:30 p.m. on April 1, 1985, Mayor Viterisi presided and upon call of the roll, the following -
answered to their .names: Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5).
Commissioner Cole offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the executed copies
of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 6:30 p.m., Monday, April 1, 1985, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioner's Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5).
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Cole, that the Board of
Commissioners introduce and adopt an ordinance entitled,•"AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER
TO PAY BORG WARNER AIR CONDITIONING THE SUM OF '$2v-930.43 FOR REPAIRS TO CITY HALL HEAT PUMP" and
declaring an emergency to exist. This ordinance was read in full. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas,
Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5).
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded"by Commissioner Ford, that a Municipal Order
entitled, "AN'ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY WESTERN DIESEL THE SUM OF $29,324.00 FOR
THE PURCHASE OF ONE REFUSE TRUCK TRANSMISSION', and declaring an emergency to exist. This ordinance
was read in full. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and
Mayor Viterisi (5).
Commissioner Ford -offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley that the Board of
Commissioners to into Executive Session to discuss personnel matters. Adopted on call of the roll,
yeas, Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5).
At the conclusion of the Executive Session the Board -reconvened in the Commission Chambers
whereupon the Mayor announced there was no further business.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
