City of Paducah March 28, 1985
At a Called Meeting of the Board.of Commissioners held in.the Commission Chambers, City Hall,
at 2:00 p.m. on March 28, 1985, Mayor Viterisi presided and upon call of the roll, the following

answered to their names: Commissioners Coleman,, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (3). Commissioners Cole and
Ford were absent (2).
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley, that the executed
copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 2:00.m., Thursday, March 28, 1985, be received and
filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi .(3).
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley, that the Board of
Commissioners receive and file bids for Paducah Water Works Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 1985, dated
April 1, 1985. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi
(3).
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley, that a Municipal Order
entitled, "A MUNICIPAL ORDER CLARIFYING PROVISIONS OF THE ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PADUCAH
WATER WORKS REVENUE REFUNDING BONDS, SERIES 1985, DATED APRIL 1, 1985", be adopted. Adopted on call of
the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (3).
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that a Municipal Order
entitled, "AN ORDER OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, ACCEPTING THE
SUCCESSFUL BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF $1291809000 PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF CITY OF PADUCAH (KENTUCKY) WATER
WORKS REVENUE REFUNDING BONDS, SERIES 1985, DATED APRIL 1, 1985", be adopted. Adopted on call of the
roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (3).
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
