HomeMy WebLinkAbout12/27/84No. 364 Proceedings of Board of Commissioners City of Paducah December 27, 1954 Y At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chambers, City Hall, at 6:00 p.m. on December 27, 1984, Mayor Viterisi presided and upon call of the roll, the following answered to their names: Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5). Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Cole, that the executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, December 27, 1984, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5). V, Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Ford, that a Municipal Define Downtown Business District Order entitled, "A MUNICIPAL ORDER DEFINING THE DOWNTOWN BUSINESS DISTRICT FOR ELIGIBILITY OF INDUSTRIAL REVENUE BONDS" be adopted. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5). Commissioner Ford offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley, that the Board of Amend 10-61 - Civil Service i Commissioners introduce adopt an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-61, 'CIVIL Personnel Clerk SERVICE' OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY". This ordinance is authorized as follows: Deleting the position of Personnel -purchasing clerk typist and adding the position of Personnel Clerk and declaring an emergency to exist. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5). Commissioner Cole offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the Board of Executive Session i Commissioners go into executive session to discuss personnel matters. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5). At the conclusion of the executive session the Board reconvened in the Commission Chambers, whereupon Commissioner Cole offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Cole, that the following personnel changes be made: (SEE MUNICIPAL ORDER BOOK) Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
