Proceedings of Ronrd of Commissioners City of Paducah October 2 _ 1984
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber,
City Hall, on October 2, 1984, Mayor Viterisi presided and upon call of the Roll, the following
answered to their names: Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5).
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Cole, that the executed
copies of notices of Called Meeting to be held at 8:00 a.m. on.'Tuesday, October 2, 1984, be
received and filed. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley
and Mayor Viterisi (5).
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded -by Commissioner Coleman, that.the Board of Executive Session
Commissioners go into Executive Session to discuss pending or proposed litigation.
At the conclusion of the Executive Session; there being no further business, upon
motion the meeting adjourned.
