A Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners was held at Lourdes Hospital, Marshall
Nemer Pavilion Board Room, 2nd Floor on March 20, 2007 at 8:00 a.m. and on March 21,
2007 at 8:00 a.m. Those present were Mayor Paxton, Commissioners Coleman, Kaler,
Smith, Watkins and Mayor Paxton (5).
MOTION
R & F CALLED MEETING NOTICE
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Mayor Paxton, that the Notice of
Called Meetings for Tuesday and Wednesday, March 20th and March 21St, 2007, be
received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Kaler, Smith, Watkins and
Mayor Paxton (5).
This meeting was held for a Commission Advance Session with Lyle Sumek as
facilitator.
On March 20th in the afternoon, Lynn Boese, liason for the government and military
service, explained the procedure the Commission/Local Redevelopment Authority will
take in making the decision for the re -use of the military reserve properties located at 201
North 12th Street and 2956 Park Avenue.
The meeting adjourned at approximately 4:00 p.m. on March 20, 2007, and at 5:30 p.m.
on March 21, 2007.
