Proceedings of Board of Commissioners City of Paducah March 30, 1984
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held on March 30, 1984, Mayor
Viterisi presided and upon call of the Roll, the following answered to their names: Com-
missioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5).
Commissioner Ford offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley, that the
executed copies of notices of Called Meeting to be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, March 30,
1984, be received and f iled. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Cole,
Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5).
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Cole, that the
Executive Session Board of Commissioners to into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing employee
contract negotiations. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Cole, Coleman,
Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5).
Upon conclusion of the Executive Session, the Board reconvened in the Commission
Chamber whereupon the Mayor announced there was no further business.
