Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Cole, that the executed copies of notices of Called Meeting to be held at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, February 20, 1984, be received and f iled. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5). Commissioner Cole offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the Board of Commissioners introduce and adopt an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $49,900.00 TO WHAYNE SUPPLY COMPANY, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY TO EXIST". This ordinance is summarized as follows: Authorizing the payment of $4,900.00 to Whayne Supply Company for repair of a 1980 front end loader truck used by the Refuse Department, and in order to avoid late charges, declaring an emergency to exist. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commis- sioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5). Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Ford, that the Board of Commissioners introduce an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $99350.00 TO MIDCO OF LOUISVILLE, FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE ENGINE IN THE ELEVATED SCRAPER USED ON THE LANDFILL". This ordinance is summarized as follows: Authorizing the payment of $9,350.00 to MIDCO of Louisville, for replacement of an engine in the elevated scraper used on the landfill. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5). Commissioner Ford offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley, that the Board of Commissioners go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing proposed or pending litigation. Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners. Cole, Coleman, Ford, Grumley and Mayor Viterisi (5). Upon conclusion of the Executive Session, the Board reconvened in the Commission Chamber whereupon the Mayor announced there was no further business. Adopted: c City Clerk Mayor
