AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH THE KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION
CABINET FOR PHASE H OF THE PADUCAH RENAISSANCE STREETSCAPE
PROJECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet in the amount of $425,000 for Phase
II of the Paducah Renaissance Streetscape Project. The City of Paducah will provide
matching funds in the amount of $106,250 for this project.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 040-1203-
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
