At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held at the Paducah Police Department,
located at 1400 Broadway at 8:00 a.m., Monday, May 31, 2007, Mayor Paxton presided, and
upon call of the roll by the City Clerk, the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Coleman, Kaler, Smith, Watkins and Mayor Paxton (5).
MOTION
R & F NOTICES
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kaler, that the Notices
of Called Meeting for 8:00 a.m., Thursday, May 31, 2007, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Kaler, Smith, Watkins and Mayor
Paxton (5).
WORKSHOP
This meeting was held for a Commission Budget Advance.
The City Manager along with department heads discussed the proposed Investment Fund
budget and other budget decision items.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Commissioner Smith offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Kaler, that the Board go
into closed session for discussion of matters pertaining to the following topics:
Future sale or acquisition of a specific parcel(s) of real estate, as permitted by KRS
61.810(1)(b).
Proposed or pending litigation, as permitted by KRS 61.810(1)(c).
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Kaler, Smith Watkins and Mayor
Paxton (5).
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
