Proceedings of Board of Commissioners City of Paducah March 3, 1982
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chamber,
City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 1:30 P.M. on March 3, 1982, Mayor Penrod presided and upon
call of the Roll, the following answered to their names: Commissioners Coleman, Flynn, Ford,
Viterisi and Mayor Penrod (5) .
Mayor Penrod offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the executed
copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 1:30 P.M. on March 3, 1982, be received
and filed. Adopted on call of the Imll, Yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Flynn, Ford, Viterisi
Mayor Penrod (5) .

Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Ccmissioner Flynn, that the Board
go into Executive Session for discussion of the following items: EXECUTIVE SESSION
1. Discussion of wrecker service ordinance
2. Interviewing applicants and contract negotiations.
Adopted on call of the Roll, Yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Flynn, Ford, Viterisi and Mayor
Penrod (5) .
Upon conclusion of the Executive Session the Board reconvened in the Commission
Chamber whereupon the Mayor announced there was no further business.
