At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners Meld in the Commission Chambers, City
Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 10:00 a.m., January 26, 1989, Mayor Montgomery presided and upon call
of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Keeling,
Leeper and Mayor Montgomery (5) .
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the copies
of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, January 26, 1989, be received
and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Keeling, Leeper
and Mayor Montgomery (5).
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley, that the Board
of Commissioners go into Executive Session for discussions which might lead to the appointment,
discipline or dismissal of an individual employee. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commis-
sioners Coleman, Grumley, Keeling, Leeper and Mayor Montgomery (5).
At the conclusion of the Executive Session the Board reconvened in the Comumisison Chambers,
whereupon the Mayor announced there was no further business.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
