Proceedings of City of Paducah January 11, 1989
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chambers at City Hall at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 11, 1989, Mayor Montgomery
presided, and upon call of the roll, the following answered to their names: Com-
missioners Coleman, Grumley, Leeper, and Mayor Montgomery (4). Commissioner Keeling
was absent (1).

Proposal for Cost Increase
for Employee Classification PROPOSAL OF CLEMANS, NELSON & ASSOCIATES FOR AN ESTIMATED 258 HOURS AT $65.00 PER

HOUR, FOR A TOTAL OF $16,770.00, TO COMPLETE THE EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATION PLAN, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME". This ordinance is summarized
as follows: Accepting the proposal of Clemans, Nelson & Associates for an estimated
258 hours at $65.00 per hour, for a total of $16,770.00, to complete the employee
classification plan, and authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract for same.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Leeper and Mayor
Montgomery (4).
WORKSHOP The Board then held a workshop. Items discussed were:
