Proceedings of Board of Commissioners City of Paducah Novemeber 30, 1988
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chambers at City Hall at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 30, 1988, Mayor Montgomery
presided, and upon call of the roll, the following answered to their names: Com-
missioners Coleman, Grumley, Keeling, Leeper and Mayor Montgomery (5).
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley, that
the executed copies of the Notice of Called meeting to be held at 1:00 p.m.,
Wednesday, November 30, 1988, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll,
yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Keeling, Leeper and Mayor Montgomery (5).
Audit Report An audit report was given by Allen, Rundle and Golightly.
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that
Executive Session the Board of Commissioners go into Executive Session for discussions which might lead
to the appointment, discipline or dismissal of an individual employee. Adopted on
call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Keeling, Leeper and Mayor
Montgomery (5).
At the conclusion of the Executive Session the Board reconvened in the
Commission Chamber, whereupon the Mayor announced there was no further business.
General discussions were held.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
