At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, November 3, 1988, Mayor Montgomery
presided, and upon call of the roll, the following answered to their names: Com-
missioners Coleman, Grumley, Keeling, Leeper and Mayor Montgomery (5).
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley, that
the executed copies of the Notice of Called meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m., Thurs-
day, November 3, 1988, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas,
Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Keeling, Leeper and Mayor Montgomery (5).
The Agenda was as follows:
"Workshop to discuss landfill and other matters of mutual interest to City
and County. County Judge and Commissioners are invited to attend."
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
