At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chambers at City Hall at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 18, 1988, Mayor Montgomery
presided, and upon call of the roll, the following answered to their names: Com-
missioners Grumley, Leeper and Mayor Montgomery (3). Commissioners Coleman and
Keeling were absent (2)
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Leeper, that
the executed copies of the Notice of Called meeting to be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday,
October 18, 1988, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commis
sioners Grumley, Leeper and Mayor Montgomery (3).
The agenda consisted of the following items:
1. Discuss Police and Firemen pension options
2. Discuss Lone Oak sewer bond issue
3. Discuss & amend 90 day Moratorium Ordinance
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
