At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chambers at City Hall at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, September
28, 1988, Mayor Montgomery presided, and upon call of the roll, the following
answered to their names: Commissioners Grumley, Leeper and Mayor Montgomery (3)
Commissioners Coleman and Keeling were absent (2).
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Leeper, that the
executed copies of the Notice of Called meeting to be held at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday,
September 28, 1988, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas,
Commissioners Grumley, Leeper and Mayor Montgomery (3).
Commissioner Leeper offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the
Board of Commissioners to into Executive Session to discuss collective bargaining.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners, Grumley, Leeper and Mayor
Montgomery (3).
At the conclusion of the Executive Session the Board reconvened in the
Commission Chamber whereupon the Mayor announced there was no further business.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
