At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissioner Chambers, at 1:30
p.m. on May 4, 1988, Mayor Montgomery presided and upon call of the roll, the following answered to
their names: Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Keeling, Leeper and Mayor Montgomery (5).
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the executed
copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 4, 1988, be received and
filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Keeling, Leeper and Mayor
Montgomery (5).
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley, that that the Board of

Commissioners introduce /adopt an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $83,212.56 WITH MIDSTATES CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR PAYMENT
FOR ELECTRICAL WORK IN CITY HALL". This ordinance is summarized as follows: Authorizing the Mayor to
execute Change Order No. 1 with Midstates Construction Company in the amount of $8,212.56 for electrical
work for City Hall renovation. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley,
Keeling, Leeper and Mayor Montgomery (5).
The Board then held a Workshop.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
