A RESOLUTION APPROVING A DOWNTOWN PARKING MANAGEMENT
PLAN AS PROPOSED BY PADUCAH MAINSTREET, INC.
WHEREAS, a resolution for a downtown parking
management plan as proposed by the Paducah Mainstreet, Inc.
.~,~,,, Design Committee was adopted by the Paducah Mainstreet, Inc.
Board of Directors on January 16, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah desires to approve and
adopt this resolution for the enhancement of the downtown area.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby approves a
resolution for a downtown parking management plan as proposed
by the Paducah Mainstreet, Inc. Design Committee and adopted by /
the Paducah Mainstreet, Inc. Board of Directors on January 16,
1992. This resolution is attached hereto and adopted by
reference as if set out in its entirety.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be effective on and
after the date of its adoption.
