At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held on Tuesday, January 13, 2009,
at 3:30 p.m., Mayor Paxton presided, and upon call of the roll by the City Clerk, the
following answered to their names: Commissioners Abraham, Gault, and Mayor Paxton
(3). Commissioner Kaler was late (1). Commissioner Watkins was absent (1).
R & F CALLED MEETING NOTICES
Commissioner Abraham offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Gault, that the
Notices of Called Meeting for 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, January 20, 2009, be received and
filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Abraham, Gault, and Mayor Paxton (3).
Planning Director, Steve Ervin and Fountain Avenue Coordinator, Charlie Doherty, led a
tour of the Mayor and Commissioners through the Fountain Avenue Neighborhood
Rehabilitation Project area.
Upon motion meeting adjourned.
