At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held in Room B -2nd Floor at the
Four Rivers Behavioral Health Seminar Center Room at 8:00 a.m., Monday, November
17, 2008, Mayor Paxton presided, and upon call of the roll by the City Clerk, the
following answered to their names: Commissioners Coleman, Kaler, Gault, Watkins and
Mayor Paxton (5). Commissioner -elect Abraham was present.
MOTION
R & F NOTICES
Commissioner Gault offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the
Notices of Called Meeting for the Board of Commissioners for 8:00 a.m., Monday,
November 17, 2008, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Kaler, Gault, Watkins and
Mayor Paxton (5).
This meeting was held for a Commission Advance Session for the new commission.
The meeting adjourned approximately at 4:30 p.m.
