AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING AND APPROVING THE MAYOR'S
EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
GREATER PADUCAH PARTNERS FOR PROGRESS, AND GPEDC
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby ratifies and approves the Mayor's
execution of a Contract between the City of Paducah, Kentucky, Greater Paducah Partners for
Progress, and GPEDC in the amount of $300,000, paid in equal quarterly allocations upon receipt
of an invoice, for performance of services as outlined in said Contract. This contract shall expire
June 30, 2009.
SECTION 2. This expenditure will be charged to Project Account ED0006.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become
effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
