AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN FAMILY SERVICES SOCIETY, INC.,
AND THE CITY OF PADUCAH FOR INSTALLATION OF THE BOUNDLESS
PLAYGROUND SAFETY SURFACE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
an agreement with Family Services Society, Inc., in the amount of $110,000.00 for the
installation of the Boundless Playground safety surface to be located in Noble Park.

SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Project Account No.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
