Executive Session
RESOLUTION Supporting
1-66 Project
At a Called Meeting of the Board of ConmAssioners held in the Commission
'Chambers at City Hall at 9:00 a.m. , Friday, June 2, 1989, Mayor Montgomery presided,
and upon call of the roll, the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Coleman, Grumley, Leeper, and Mayor Montgomery (4).
Commissioner Leeper offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley, that
the executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 9:00 a.m.,
Friday, June 2. 1989, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas
Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Leeper and Mayor Montgomery (4).
Commissioner Grwnlc--,,y offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that
the Board of Commissioners go into Executive Session for discussions which might lead
to the appointment, discipline or dismissal of an individual employee. Adopted on
call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Leeper and Mayor Montgomery
(4).
At the conclusion of the Executive Session the Board reconvened in the
Commission Chambers,, whereupon the Mayor called the meeting back to order .
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley, that
a resolution supporting a highway project called 111-66 Project, Inc.",, be adopted.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman,, Grumley, Leeper and Mayor
Montgomery (4).
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
