Proceedings of Board of Colflnlissioners City of Naducah May 17, 1989
At a Celled Meeting of eche Board of Commissioners held in the Commission
Chambers at City Hall at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 17, 1989, Mayor Montgomery
presided, and upon call of the roll, the following answered to their names: Com-
missioners Coleman, Grumley, Keeling, Deeper and Mayor Montgomery (5).
Commissioner offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the
executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday,
May 17, 1989, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas
Cortmiissioners Coleman, Grumley, Keeling, Leeper and Mayor Montgomery (5).
Commissioner Keeling offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Deeper, that
the Board of Commissioners go into Executive Session for discussions which might
lead to the appointment, discipline or dismissal of an individual employee. Adopted
on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Keeling, Deeper and Mayor
Montgomery (5).
At the conclusion of Executive Session, the board reconvened in the
Commission Chambers, whereupon the Mayor announced there was no further business.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
