AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND THE
PADUCAH-MCCRACKEN COUNTY JOINT SEWER AGENCY FOR
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
Management Agreement between the City of Paducah, and the Paducah -McCracken
County Joint Sewer Agency to fund and manage Information Technology (IT) services.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
