At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chambers at

j City Hall at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, May 3, 1990, Mayor I\lontgomery presided, and upon call of the
roll the following answered to their names: ConTnissioners Coleman, Grumley, Leeper, Taylor
and Mayor Montgomery (5) .
sCommissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley, that the

executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, May 3,
1990, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman,
Grumley, Leeper, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5).
Commissioner Grurnley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the
Board of Commissioners go into Executive Session for discussions which might lead to the
appointment, discipline or dismissal of an individual employee. Adopted on call of the roll,
` yeas Conmiissioners Coleman Grumley, Leeper, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery.

At the close of the Executive Session the Board reconvened in open session.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
