Proceedings of Board of Co»vnissioners City of Paducah Aril 26,__1990
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chambers at
City Hall at 4:30 p.m., Thursday, April 26, 1990, Mayor Montgomery presided, and upon call of
the roll, the following answered to their names: Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Leeper,
Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5) .
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley, that the
executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 4:30 p.m., Thursday, April 26,
1990, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley,
Leeper, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5).
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Connnissioner Coleman, that the
Board of Coanissioners adopt an ordinance entitled, "AN ORDINANCE AUII-IORIZING THE CITY
TREASURER TO PAY TO CO IONIMALTH UNIFORMS THE SUFI OF $3,809.35 FOR THE PURCHASE OF SIX BAL-
LISTIC JACKETS AND THE SUM OF $4,809.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF VEHICULAR LIGHT BARS AND SIRENS,
FOR USE BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT". This ordinance is summarized as follows: Authorizing the
City Treasurer to pay to Coinnonwealth Uniforms the stun of $3,809.35 for the purchase of six
ballistic jackets and the sun of $4,809.00 for the purchase of vehicular light bars and
sirens for the Police Department. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman,
Grumley, Leeper, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5).
The Board held a Workshop.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
