At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chambers,
City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, called at 1:30 p.m. on March 15, 1990, P,,layor Montgomery presided,
and upon call of theroll, the following answered to their names: Commissioners Coleman,
Grumley, Leeper, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5).
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman, that the
executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 1:30 p.m., Thursday, March 15,
1990, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman,
Grwnley, Leeper, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5) .
The Board held a Workshop.
Commissioner Leeper offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley, that the
Board of Commissioners go into Executive Session for discussions which might lead to the
appointment, discipline or dismissal of an individual employee. adopted on call of the
roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Leeper, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (5).
At the conclusion of the Executive Session the Board reconvened in Open Session.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
