Proceedings of Board of Conunissioners City of Paducah
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chambers at City
Hall at 1:00 p.m., February 27, 1990, Mayor Montgomery presided, and upon call of the roll, the
following answered to their names: Commissioners Coleman, Grtunley, Leeper, Taylor and Mayor
1v11ontgomery (5) .
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Grumley, that the executed
copies of Notice of Called Meeting, Notice of Time Change for City Commission Meeting and Workshop
to be held at 7:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m., respectively, Tuesday, February 27, 1990, be received and
filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Leeper, Taylor and
Mayor Montgomery (5).
The Cormnission then conducted Hearings for four City employees who had appealed their
job classifications by Clemans Nelson & Associates. These four employees, in order of their
appearance were:
Emna Miiteside, Ann Houston, Gary VanderBoegh and Lenita Smith.
At the conclusion of the appeals the Board held a Workshop.
