At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commission Chambers at City Mall at 4:30 p.m., Monday, November 13, 1989, Mayor
Montgomery presided, and upon call of the roll, the following answered to their
names: Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Keeling, Leeper, and Mayor Montgomery

Commissioner Leeper offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Coleman,
that the executed copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 4:30
p.m., Monday, November 13, 1989, be received and filed. Adopted on call of the
roll, year, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Keeling, Leeper and Mayor
Montgomery (5).
Commissioner Grumley offered motion, seconded by Commissioner
Keeling, that the Board of Commissioners go into Executive Session for
discussions which might lead to the appointment, discipline or dismissal of an
individual employee. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman,
Gruinley, Keeling, Leeper and Mayor Montgomery (5).
At the conclusion of the executive Session the Board reconvened .in
open session.
The Board held a WORKSHOP.
Upon motion, the meeting adjourned.
