Board of ConTAssioners Citv of Paducah Sept. 19, 1989
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commission Chambers at City Mall at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 19, 1989,
Mayor Montgomery presided, and upon call of the roll, the following answered to
their named: Comrtiissioners Coleman, Grumley, Keeling, Leeper, and Mayor
Montgomery (5).
Commissioner Leeper offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Keeling,
that the executed copies of- the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 7:00
p.m.,, Tuesday, September 19, 1989, be received and filed. Adopted on call of
the roll, yeas, Commissioners Coleman, Grumley, Keeling, Leeper and Mayor
Montgomery (5).
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, :seconded by Commissioner
Grumley, that the Board of Commissioners go into Executive Session for
discussions which might lead to the appointment, discipline or dismissal of an
individual employee. Adopted on call, of the roll, yeas, Conunissioners Coleman,
Grumley, Keeling, Leeper and Mayor Montgomery (5).
At -the conclusion of the Executive Session the Board rec-onvened in
open session.
Upon motion, the meeting adjourned.
