AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH PAXTON PARK GOLF BOARD FOR
SPECIFIC SERVICES
_r BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with Paxton Park Golf Board in the amount of $36,000.00 for specific services
for the Paducah area. This contract shall expire June 30, 2009.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Paxton Golf Board.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
