Proceedings of Board of Commissioners City of Paducah _Au gu.� st 21, 1990
At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commission Chambers at
7:30 p.m., August 21, 1990, Mayor Montgomery presided, and upon call of the roll the following
answered to their names: Commissioners Grumley, Leeper, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (4).
Commissioner Coleman was absent (1)
Commissioner Leeper offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Taylor, that the executed
copies of the Notice of Called Meeting to be held at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, August 21, 1990, be
received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Grumley, Leeper, Taylor
and Mayor Montgomery (4).
Mayor Montgomery made the following appointments: "WHEREAS, subject to the approval
of the Board of Commissioners, I hereby make the following reappointments to the Civil Service
\14 Reappoint James Curtis & Commission:
Bobbie S. Byrum to Civil 1) Reappoint James Curtis to a further term of three years, which term will

expire December 93, 1991 (term expired December 9, 1988)
Workshop
2) Reappoint Bobbi Stahman Byrum to a further term of three years, which term
will expire December 9, 1992 (term expired December 9, 1989)
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Grumley, Leeper, Taylor and Mayor Montgomery (4).
The Board then held a Workshop.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
