ORDINANCE NO. 91-3-4581
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 90-6-4452
ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
ANNUAL BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1990 THROUGH JUNE 30,
1991 BY ESTIMATING REVENUES AND RESOURCES AND APPROPRIATING
FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF CITY GOVERNMENT"
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to reappropriate
available funds among the various departments of the City; and
WHEREAS, KRS prohibits expenses to exceed the budget
in any department.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the annual budget for the fiscal
year beginning July 1, 1990 and ending June 30, 1991, is hereby
amended as follows:
