ORDINANCE NO. 90-12-4553
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 90-5-4415
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 90-5-4415 was adopted on
May 8, 1990, purchasing audio intelligence devices for the
Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the total expenditure in this ordinance/
is now being amended.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 is hereby amended to
read as follows:
"That the City Treasurer is authorized to pay to
Audio Intelligence Devices the sum of $2XI00 0;00 22,985.76
for the purchase of surveillance equipment for the Police
Department."
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 00-1325-0.
SECTION 3. In order to comply with federal grant
r
requirements for payment of this amount before December 31,
1990, an emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance
will become effective immediately with one reading.
