ORDINANCE NO. 90-11-4536
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 IN THE AMOUNT OF $575.00 WITH
A.A.A. HEATING COMPANY FOR STREET DEPARTMENT HVAC SYSTEM
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with
A.A.A. Heating Company for an HVAC System at the Street
Department; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$575.00 is required in order to upgrade the return air
supply for this system.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to enter into Change Order No. 1 in the amount of
$575.00 with A.A.A. Hearing Company for upgrading the return
air supply for the Street Department HVAC system. This
Change Order is attached hereto and incorporated herein as
if set out in full.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with A.A.A.
Hearing Company is amended to $5,700.00.
SECTION 3. In order to expedite repairs to this
system, an emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance
will become effective immediately with one reading.
